CHRISTIE - Janetta, Susan and Eilidh Christie wish to thank, most sincerely, all family and friends for their support and kindness through cards, letters, baking and flowers, following the sad passing of Alastair. A special thanks to Rev. David Macartney for his kindness, prayers and excellent delivery of the eulogy and to Lorna Sinclair, organist, for choosing the music which Alastair often enjoyed. Thanks also to the following: the ambulance crew for their prompt attention; the nursing staff of Caithness General Hospital for their excellent care; the wonderful staff at Pulteney House who looked after Alastair so well during his final few months; all who attended the service at Ormlie Lodge and at the graveside to pay their last respects and for their generous donations to Alzheimer Scotland and Balmore Animal Rescue Centre; piper Martin Macdonald who played 'Highland Cathedral' at the service and graveside; Buds 'n' Blooms for the beautiful wreaths; the staff at Dunnett's Funeral Directors for making all the arrangements and finally the staff at the Pentland Hotel for providing the refreshments.
WILLIAMSON - William, Dot, Alison, David, Lorna and families would like to thank everyone for the support and kindness shown to them on the sad loss of their mam, Aggie.
