WATT William, Alice-Jane and Davina and families would like to thank everyone for their kindness and messages of support following the sad loss of their mother, Christine. The huge volume of cards, flowers, letters and baking demonstrated how much she was loved by family, friends and the public at large. The well attended funeral was indeed a celebration of Christine's life and the family would like to thank Rev. David Malcolm for his fitting and touching service. Special mention to Dr Pearson's surgery, Caithness General, Podiatry Department, District Nurses and Centred Carers for their dedication and compassion throughout. Thanks also to Karen and Dunnett's Funeral Directors for their care, guidance and attention to detail, Andrew Mackay and Norseman Hotel for lovely refreshments and Jan Sutherland for her beautiful floral arrangement. All in all Christine had a wonderful send off and we thank everyone for the part they played to make this possible and also for the generous donations received. The sum of £1,597 will be shared between Wick RNLI and local Macmillan Cancer Support Funds.
