The 40-year-old was previously sentenced to 80 hours’ work after admitting driving with excess drugs, in Burn Street, Wick, on May 18, last year. She was found to have 600mcg of benzoylecgonine in her system – 13 times the legal limit of 50mcg. She was banned for a year.

Campbell, of Seaforth Avenue, Wick, breached the order by failing to contact her social worker and had not even attended the induction process for her community service.

The accused was warned, previously, that prison would be likely if she didn’t toe the line.

Issuing a warrant for Campbell’s arrest on Wednesday, Sheriff Neil Wilson said: “She has no intention whatsoever of doing the work and failed to comply with the chance I gave her, and has not turned up today.”
