Repairs are under way to the clock tower of the Ross Institute in Halkirk.

The tower in the village’s community hub accommodated the first electric clock to be installed in a public building in Scotland.

Contractors are working to fix leaks in the roof.

The tower was not in the original design for the building and the public raised the funds to build it.
