A presentation of trophies from this year's Caithness County Show has taken place, with SWI members picking up their silverware.
The presentation took place during a coffee morning in the Thurso Royal British Legion Club on Saturday morning.
There was a vibrant and colourful display of handicrafts, art and home baking inside the SWI tent at the county show last month, all created by talented members of local institutes.
There was also a display of crochet items from years gone by, while in one corner of the tent visitors could come and try crochet alongside some of the more experienced members.
Secretary Alison Hill said: "Entries were up and we had a lovely display. Judges came from Moray and Nairn this year and they were delighted with the quality of the work on show.
"We are extremely grateful to everyone who gave up their time to help within the tent and we thank everyone who visited us."
