Points and fine for Castletown woman who drove with no insurance

A Castletown woman who drove without insurance cover was fined £300 at Wick Sheriff Court.

Ella Turner pleaded guilty on Wednesday and also incurred six penalty points.

The 48-year-old first offender, of Lochside, Castletown, was caught in Sir George’s Street, Thurso, on October 12, last year.
