Olympic themed sleepover for Reay and Thurso Beaver Scouts

Nearly 20 Beaver Scouts from Reay and Thurso took part in an Olympic themed sleepover at 2nd Thurso Scout Hall.

Events on offer included making medals, beach combing, cooking and camp fire songs.

Beaver leaders Ian Pearson and Sandra Carson explained that Beavers are for all six to eight year olds and events such as these sleepovers not only help Beavers to gain badges but help with their confidence and well-being.
