Previously working for the Stirling Observer and then as a senior communications officer for Stirling Council, he joined Highland News and Media in 2016 as a senior reporter before moving to the newsdesk the following year where he works across a range of titles, primarily The inverness Courier, Ross-shire Journal, Caithness Courier and John O'Groat Journal.
