Wick Academy along with 17 other teams find out who they have been drawn with in preliminary and first round of Highland League Cup





The draw for the preliminary round and first round of the Highland League Cup has been made.

Wick Academy will start their campaign in the preliminary round as they travel to Mosset Park to face Forres Mechanics on Saturday, September 13.

The winner will then host either current holders Brora Rangers or Strathspey Thistle on Saturday, November 8.

Brora Rangers won the Highland League Cup last season when they beat Fraserburgh 3-1 at Grant Street Park in Inverness.

The Cattachs also won the Highland League and North of Scotland Cup as they completed a clean sweep of trophies for the first time in their history.

Forres Mechanics v Wick Academy

Ties on Saturday, September 13 at 3pm

First Round

Banks O’Dee v Deveronvale

Brechin City v Clachnacuddin

Formartine United v Lossiemouth

Forres Mechanics or Wick Academy v Brora Rangers or Strathspey Thistle

Huntly v Nairn County

Keith v Fraserburgh

Inverurie Locos v Buckie Thistle

Turriff United v Rothes
