What does timetable to lift restrictions on sport mean?
The Scottish Government has announced how restrictions will be lifted on sport in the next three months.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has confirmed all outdoor contact sport and indoor group sport will be able to resume on Monday, May 17.
However, all outdoor contact sport for 12 to 17-year-olds can resume on Monday, April 5.
Gyms can open for individual exercise on Monday, April 26.
Indoor non-contact sports are able to start from early June but no information on indoor contact sports such as boxing and martial arts.
At present only non contact outdoor sports for 12 to 17-year-olds are permitted by the Scottish Government.
However, elite level sport has been given exemptions which are subject to governing bodies.
