Wet conditions for Wick Wheelers’ 10-mile time trial





Eleven riders started in wet conditions in Wick Wheelers’ latest 10-mile time trial last Thursday, but two – Yvonne Richard and Alister Miller – suffered punctures and did not finish.

Apart from the rain, conditions were reasonable and Mari Cole, in her first time trial, recorded 27 min 47 sec for fifth place.

James Munro recorded a second personal best this season to finish just ahead of Mari in fourth.

Iain Miller continued his good form with 26.39 and third place behind Danny Miller and Stuart Anderson.

Caithness Cycling Club’s weekly 10-mile time trial had to be cancelled due to high winds.
