Seven shooters hit maximum score as Halkirk 'A' stay top

Round 12 of the Caithness Small Bore Rifle Association league had seven shooters with the maximum score of 100, all in Division One – J G Campbell and R B Campbell (Halkirk), D Simpson (Wick Old Stagers), G Robertson and S Webster (Stirkoke) and L Thomson and W Copland (Banff & Macduff).
Halkirk "A" remain in top spot in Division One, holding a single-point advantage over Wick Old Stagers "A".
Old Stagers "B" are still ahead in Division Two, leading the Bogey score by four points.
Halkirk "B" are top of Division Three, two points clear of Clachnacuddin "A", while Stirkoke "C" remain unbeaten in Division Four and have a four-point advantage over Banff & Macduff "B".
Westfield "B" are four points clear in Division Five.
There was no change at the top of Junior Individual League Division One, with the top three shooters all winning. I Simpson (Wick Old Stagers) and D Mowat (Pentland) are equal on points but Simpson tops the table with the better aggregate.
R Levack (Halkirk) is one point behind the leaders.
Junior Individual League Division Two sees J Taylor (Westfield) at the top, with R Sutherland (Halkirk) two points behind.
