County league champions Wick Groats have been presented with a new away kit courtesy of the town’s Nethercliffe Hotel.

The black-and-grey strips were handed over to manager Kevin Anderson and the players before their Caithness AFA Division One match against Staxigoe United at the Upper Bignold Park.

Mervyn Hill, who runs the Nethercliffe with his wife Helen, pointed out that the hotel has been sponsoring Wick Groats for about 29 years.
