Friends and families will come together in Lybster this weekend to attend a joint memorial football match.

The game is in memory of Stefan Sutherland, a former midfielder with Lybster, and Craig Banks, a goalkeeper who played for Wick Thistle as well as Lybster.

Lybster will field a strong side against a select family-and-friends team, with former local players taking part. They are travelling from as far away as Dundee and Aberdeen.

Two new benches at the pitch in memory of Stefan and Craig will be unveiled prior to the match, which kicks off at 3pm on Saturday, September 17.
