Top Joe's footballers from across the age divide served up an entertaining 6-6 draw on Saturday in a "New versus Old" match marking the 40th anniversary of the Thurso bar.

The game at Ormlie was played in good spirit and a penalty in the closing minutes gave the veterans a well-earned share of the spoils.

Goalscorers for the present-day team were Jack MacGregor (2), Shaun MacDonald (2), Declan Tait and Martin Murray.

On target for the veterans were Ian Smith, Taylor Swan, Kris Smith, Lewis McLeod, Adam Sutherland and Bruce Cormack.
