Captain Carly Erridge hit a hat-trick as Caithness Ladies booked a place in the last four of the SWF Highlands and Islands League Cup with a 4-1 victory over Ross and Cromarty at Back Park in Castletown on Sunday.

Sarah Henderson got the other goal for Caithness, who will be joined by Buckie, Nairn and Sutherland in the semi-finals.

Grace Clark scored for Ross and Cromarty. Player of the match was Kerrie Martin.

Caithness Ladies' next match is away to Nairn in the league on Sunday, June 4.

Results – Highlands and Islands League Cup: Brora Rangers 1, Nairn 3; Buckie 6, Clachnacuddin 0; Caithness 4, Ross and Cromarty 1; Orkney 2, Sutherland 3 (after extra time).
