CAITHNESS RFC player Caitlin Harvey swapped the green jersey for blue when she represented Scotland Under 20 against Belgium.

The 19-year-old from Thrumster was selected in the 23 woman squad that took on the Belgian national side at Stade des 3 Tilleuls in Brussels on Sunday afternoon.

The inexperience of the under 20's playing against senior opposition resulted in Belgium proving too good in a 65-5 victory.

Caitlin has impressed while playing for Scotland Under 20's this season scoring two tries in the 25-5 win over the Royal Air Force.

She was also part of the Scotland Under-20 team which beat University of Edinburgh 24-0.

The Dounreay apprentice has also played for the national sevens team and was capped at under 18 level.

She is only one of three BT Sport Scottish Rugby Academy Stage 2 players to be called up to the under 20 squad.
