Great results for Caithness RDA at Cranloch regional qualifier

Members of the Caithness branch of the Riding for the Disabled Association achieved some great results when they competed in the RDA regional qualifier at Cranloch Riding Centre near Elgin.

Results: Dylan Forbes, fourth in countryside challenge, sixth in showjumping; Kayden Malcolm, third in countryside challenge, second in showjumping; Rory Fraser, first in dressage, second in performance, first in showjumping.

Arts and crafts: Wick High School pupils first (Dylan Forbes, Charlie Cooke, Morgan Cooke, Emily Gunn, Carla Munro, Eli Wilkinson, Aden Herrick), qualifying for the national championship in July at Hartpury, Gloucestershire.

Coaches Steph Cowe, Mary Elder, Megan Gillon and Coz Macphail prepared the group for going away.

Steph transported the horses Whisky and Jojo to Cranloch. Coz, along with Jaicee Johnson and Katrina Stewart, went down to Cranloch to support the three boys.
