Frozen pitch means Wick Academy game is shelved

WICK Academy’s scheduled fixture this weekend against Rothes at Mackessack Park has been postponed.

The Scorries were due to travel south for tomorrow’s match but it has been called off due to a frozen pitch.

Last Saturday’s fixture at Harmsworth Park against Strathspey was called off 40 minutes before kick-off.

It has now been eight weeks since Wick had a game.
