Caithness riders qualify for Spring Festival at arena event in Halkirk

Spring Festival places were at stake as Caithness Pony Club members competed in an arena event at the Halkirk indoor riding centre on October 1.

Results (*qualify) – Class 1a, Spring Festival Qualifier 70cm: 1 Aimee Holmes, Lady (already qualified); 2 * Kloe Smith, Rocky; 3 *Ellie Bain, Drumoaks Dream; 4 Liam Mackenzie, Magnum.

Class 2a, Spring Festival Qualifier 80cm: 1 *Megan Gillon, Beinn Theine; 2 Kloe Smith, Rocky (already qualified); 3 *Aimee Holmes, Lady; 4 Danielle Sinclair, Shelby; 5 Ellie Bain, Drumoaks Dream.

Class 3a, Spring Festival Qualifier 90cm: 1 * Erin Hewitson, Whaupshill Tache.

Class 4a, Spring Festival Qualifier 1m: 1* Erin Hewitson, Whaupshill Tache.

The Barrier Animal Health Spring Festival final 2023 for Scotland and Northern Ireland will be held at Morris Equestrian, Kilmarnock, at the start of April.
