Shinty Challenge

Caithness 2 England 0.

CAITHNESS Shinty Club secured another victory over the auld enemy with a hard fought 2-0 win against England at St Andrews.

Goals from Chris Sinclair and Alan MacDonald were enough to see off the English national team at the friendly challenge in Fife.

It was Caithness' second victory in a row over England as the county came out on top 3-2 in last year's encounter.

The friendly match has become an annual tradition in St Andrews where Caithness also take part in the St Andrews Sixes.
