Geordie and John Bain of Castletown were a formidable pairing as they hit the quickest pairs leg to date in Wick and District Darts League on their visit to Thrumster's Old Smiddy Inn, and they returned with maximum points.

Seaview won at a canter in what had looked like a tricky-looking tie against Seaforth. Martin Nicolson won the visitors' solitary point, defeating James Howden 3-2

George Baker's Harper's side got their first points, coming from 0-2 down to beat Liam Miller's Smiddy team.

Kara Sutherland (Seaforth "B") was again the best of the ladies. There was a good win for Claire Thain (Queen's ladies), while Jeanette Longstaff (Camps ladies) hit a 95 outshot.
