Winners of Highland Business Awards announced in Inverness

Winners of the annual Highland Business Awards have been announced today in Inverness.

A special celebration at the Drumossie Hotel brought to a close this year's Highland Business Week.

Organised by Inverness Chamber of Commerce, the week also included the Highland Spotlight networking event at Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness.

At the awards, Parklands Care Homes had a hat-trick to celebrate, collecting the innovation accolade as well as the overall business of the year prize and its managing director Ron Taylor was named business leader of the year.

• Young employee of the year: Grace MacLeod (Ness Walk)
• Business leader of the year: Ron Taylor (Parklands Care Homes)
• Highland business of the year: Parklands Care Homes
