Wildlife photographer Gordon Rae is guest at Spittal SWI

Jessie Allan, vice-president of Spittal SWI, welcomed members – alongside those from from Harpsdale SWI – to the October meeting.

The guest speaker was Gordon Rae from Lockerbie, who was in Caithness as vice-president of the Scottish Ploughing Championships, and also a competitor. He represented Scotland recently in Ireland at the World Ploughing Match.

After business was attended to, Ms Allan handed over to Gordon, an award winning wildlife and landscape photographer who travels all over taking photos and doing talks.
