Wick swimming pool reopened

The swimming pool in Wick was set to open at 3.30pm this afternoon after a short closure.

The pool was closed yesterday morning (Thursday), however the gym at the East Caithness Community Facility remained open as normal.

An update on the Wick Swimming Pool Facebook page today stated: "We apologise for the long wait and unexpected closure."

The closure was believed to be due to the facility awaiting a gas delivery. High Life Highland have been contacted for a comment.
