The cabinets contain programmes stretching back over the decades and photographs of actors on stage from wartime productions. Some of the costumes are very fragile but can be closely inspected.

Club secretary Jayden Alexander said: "Once again, Nucleus has given us this fantastic opportunity to show off and display some of our memorabilia.

"It’s a brilliant chance for the public to see what goes on and what we have behind the scenes."

Jayden send out a vote of thanks to the staff of Nucleus for helping set up the display.

The exhibition will run until January at Nucleus: The Nuclear and Caithness Archives, near Wick John O'Groats Airport.

Wick Players' pantomime this year is Aladdin and is on at the Assembly Rooms until Saturday.
