Wick driver fined after hitting 95 mph

A driver clocked by police hitting 95 mph was fined £325 at Wick Sheriff Court on Thursday.

Kyle Henderson (27) also incurred six penalty points after he pleaded guilty to a charge of careless driving.

The offence occurred on the A882, in a 60 mph limit between Bilbster and Watten, on September 1.

Henderson, of Anne's Crescent, Wick, also admitted a previous conviction for speeding.
