Wick couple conned out of £3500 in online scam

A WICK couple were the victims of a scammer who shattered their dream to be united on the road again.

Gail Rollo and her husband Eric's world was turned upside-down when she was involved in a collision with a lorry in Plymouth that nearly killed her.

The couple deicded that they wanted to get back on the road and thought they paid £3500 for a motorbike.

But their money disappeared without a trace and shattered the couple’s dream of getting back on the road.
