NORTHERN Constabulary is appealing for witnesses after a car was broken into in Wick.

Between 12.15am and 7am on Thursday, August 18, the rear window of a Renault motor car was smashed at Cairndhuna Terrace.

Nothing was stolen as a result of the break-in, but police are anxious to find those responsible.
