Watten Village Hall is the venue for a local craft and produce fair on Saturday, April 16, and will also provide a great opportunity for all attending to hear Councillor Willie Mackay's spoon playing hits.

Many local crafters and specialist food producers will be represented at the event from Peedie Wear to Oldhall Pork and La Mole Hot Sauce. Visitors to the village hall will also find Ebony Crafts, Caithness Seaglass, Cakexplosion, Glittering Trinkets (Glass), No 16 Crafts, Meadowcroft Quilts, Caithness Candles along with various other small businesses and crafters represented.

The organisers say that tea, coffee and cakes will be available on the day and expect that Councillor Mackay's “Tunes on the Spoons” will be suitably entertaining for all ages.
