Venture North offers free six-month membership to Caithness and Sutherland businesses

TOURISM cooperative Venture North is offering a small gesture of support to businesses in Caithness and Sutherland by way of a free six-month membership starting next month.

Venture North chairperson Catherine Macleod said: “Almost everyone in Caithness and Sutherland will have been affected by Covid-19 and we are incredibly grateful to our key workers providing outstanding care and essential services to ensure we can continue as best we can through this tremendously difficult period.

“We know that happier, healthier and more prosperous times will return but the journey to get there will be a challenging one.

"By offering complimentary membership for six months to local businesses, we hope to support them and prepare for the time when we can welcome visitors back to Caithness and Sutherland.”

Any businesses who renewed membership in the last six months will have their membership extended by a further six months.
