'Unexplained' death in Thurso

Police are treating the sudden death of a man at an address in Thurso yesterday morning as "unexplained".

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.55am on Sunday, 3 January, officers were called to the Morven Place area of Thurso, following the sudden death of an 80-year-old man.

"The death is being treated as unexplained, though there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
