Thurso woman denies trying to throw liquid at police officer

A Thurso woman is alleged to have failed to give a police officer her details at Wick police station and attempted to throw a liquid over him.
Carol Cowie is also accused of shouting and swearing at officers taking her to the station from her home in Bayview Terrace, Thurso, earlier on July 4.
Cowie (55) pleaded not guilty at Wick Sheriff Court on Wednesday, and will stand trial on December 12.
