Thurso nightclub ban for woman facing assault charges

A woman has been banned from Thurso's nightclub pending the outcome of a criminal case in which she is accused of five charges of assault.
Megan Oliver (25) entered a plea of not guilty to all the counts at Wick Sheriff Court on Tuesday and is due to stand trial on April 16.
She is alleged to have assaulted two men and three women at Skinandi's on December 27, last year.
In addition to the nightclub ban, Thurso woman Oliver was made subject to a special condition of her bail preventing her from approaching or contacting one of those assaulted, whom she is accused of punching and repeatedly kicking.
