Thurso care home enjoys pantomime visit
Residents and staff from Pentland View Care Home in Thurso enjoyed a treat recently with a visit to the pantomime - oh yes they did!
Touring company Theatre Presto performed “Oor Boabie: Brooned Aff Abroad” with residents’ relatives also invited to enjoy the timeless tale full of magical twists, fun, laughter and adventure.
One resident said afterwards: “ It was such fun! I loved singing along to all of the songs!”
The care home’s activities coordinator, Jeanine Sinclair, said: “Residents, staff and guests all had a great time travelling the world with Bobby and singing along as we went.
“We always try to maintain a full schedule of activities and events on our Life Enrichment calendar, and musical events are always very popular!”
