Thurso BB group set for East Highland Way challenge

Captain Johanna Geddes of 1st Thurso Boys’ Brigade, along with Officer Kyle Oag and Lieutenant Lorraine Geddes, were fundraising in Thurso precinct on Saturday ahead of an East Highland Way challenge taking place this weekend.

Four young officers – Lorraine and Kyle along with Christopher Doake and Marc Deighan – will be setting out on Saturday 27th to walk the 82-mile route from Fort William to Aviemore, raising money on behalf of 1st Thurso and MFR Cash for Kids.

They hope to complete the journey in three-and-a-half days. The group have a JustGiving page under 1st Thurso and would welcome any support.
