Surfers enjoy the break at Thurso

Thurso's Chris Noble performs a snap turn at the top of a big wave during last weekend when conditions were ripe on the north coast.

He was one of a number of surfers who took to the waves over the Christmas break to take advantage of some fine conditions.

Around 20 local surfers were at Thurso East and Thurso beach on Sunday.
