Spittal filling station for sale at auction with £40,000 guide price
A filling station in Caithness is being sold by a firm of property auctioneers with a guide price of £40,000.
Edgemoor Filling Station, on the A9 at Spittal, is available for sale "under auction terms" with National Property Auctions.
Extending to about 227.65 square metres of covered floor space, the property has a mechanics' garage, workshop, showroom and filling station shop with large parking area.
The filling station is not currently trading.
The property auctioneers say the site offers ample parking for large vehicles with multiple access points.
Although the pumps are not operational at present, there are above and below-ground fuel storage tanks in place that have not been decommissioned – allowing the pumps to be reinstated.
