Speeder from Castletown hit 50mph in 30 limit

A Castletown driver was caught in a police speed check in a Caithness village.
Craig Hollywood's van was clocked at 50mph on the A836 at Reay, where the speed limit is 30mph.
The 37-year-old admitted the offence at Wick Sheriff Court, on Wednesday, and was fined £100. Hollywood, of Castlehill Avenue, Castletown, also incurred three penalty points.
The offence occurred on September 20, last year.
