Wick Players drama group has been engaging with the community on various projects and now invites the public to attend a special fundraising event.

The Players made headlines earlier this year after the junior team won the SCDA Highland Divisional Youth Final at the Spectrum Centre in Inverness.

Under the direction of vice-chairperson, Frances Yellop, the team entered this year's festival with ‘A Dog's Life’ by Pam Valentine and will be heading off to perform at the 2024 Scottish Youth Final at the Regal Theatre, Bathgate on Saturday, June 8.

Ahead of the upcoming trip, the Players will be hosting an afternoon tea fundraiser at St Fergus Bowling Club on Saturday, May 11 from 2-5pm with live entertainment from club members.
