Seatbelt fine for Wick driver

Driving without a seatbelt cost Connor Pattinson a fine of £130.
The 20-year-old admitted the offence at Wick Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Pattinson, of Louisburgh Street, Wick, was spotted by police in the town's Willowbank, on April 30.
