Scrabster car owner refused to identify driver during crash

A Scrabster man who failed to tell police who was driving his car when it was involved in an accident was fined £400 and banned for four months.
Kyle Arrowsmith (40) admitted the offence at Wick Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
He was seen by police officers at his home in Clett Terrace, Scrabster, on September 22, last year but didn't identify the driver of his car in the accident in Brownhill Road, Thurso, earlier.
