Santa and Mrs Claus round up their festive season in Wick and Thurso

Santa and Mrs Claus brought their busy festive jolly Yuletide 'O Come all ye faithful' season to a close on Christmas Day with surprise visits to two Caithness care homes.

Wick and East Caithness councillor Willie Mackay and his wife Glynis set up secret talks with Mr and Mrs Claus for the visits to happen at care homes Pulteney House in Wick and Bayview House in Thurso.

Presents provided by the care homes were handed over to the residents followed with everyone joining in to a short selection of well known Christmas songs.
