Road closure warning for Halkirk

Motorists in Halkirk are being advised of a temporary road closure in the village next week.

Crescent Street will be closed from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with the B874 Bridge Street.

The closure – to allow KEIR to carry out iron work repairs – will be in operation on Tuesday, March 2, between 9am and 5pm.

Highland Council says that access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and vehicles employed to carry out the works.

An alternative route will be available via Church Lane, Sinclair Street and Bridge Street.
