Power cut is affecting area of Castletown

A power cut is affecting part of Castletown. According to the SSEN Powertrack dashboard the loss of electricty is affecting the village in the area around the main road leading to Thurso. An engineer is said to be on site.

The unplanned outage was reported at 2.23pm with power expected to be restored by 5.30pm.
