Police respond to 'concern for person' call in Thurso – man taken to hospital

Police in Thurso cordoned off part of Olrig Street on Monday evening in response to a "concern for person" call they received and a badly injured man was rushed to hospital.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police were called around 7.15pm on Monday, December 27, following the report of a concern for person on Olrig Street, Thurso.

"Emergency services attended and a man was taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries."
