Police appeal over missing man who may have travelled to Caithness

Police are seeking information about a missing man who may have been in Caithness within the past week.

Local officers are liaising with colleagues from the West Mercia force regarding Terrence Clive Harding, who has been missing from his home since 12.30pm on Sunday, May 1.

He is described as white, around 6ft 2in tall, with brown hair. When last seen, Mr Harding was wearing brown and camouflage-style army clothing.

He is thought to have access to a silver-coloured Land Rover Discovery with the registration NJ02 VYV. This vehicle travelled through Thurso during the afternoon of Monday, May 2, going in the direction of Castletown.

Police Scotland said in a social media post: "Anyone who thinks they may have seen Terrence or his vehicle since Sunday, May 1, or has any information that could assist police, is asked to call 101, quoting reference 0903 of 05/05/2022, or through the 'contact us' page on the Police Scotland website."
