Police appeal for witnesses after assault in Thurso

Police Scotland sent out an appeal for witnesses after five youths assaulted a male in Thurso town centre on the evening of Saturday, September 30.

The incident occurred about 8.10pm and information is sought for any sightings, CCTV footage and positive identifications of the suspects.

In its bulletin posted on social media today, Police Scotland stated that it is "appealing to the community in Thurso to identify any potential witnesses in relation to an assault that took place on the corner of Manson's Lane and Traill Street, whereby a group of approximately five youths assaulted another male".
