Hamish, the first polar bear born in the UK for 25 years, has been enjoying the snow at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland’s Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig.
The wildlife conservation charity’s cold-weather adapted and native animals have been taking the frosty conditions in their stride at their home in the Cairngorms National Park.
Today the society issued its latest pictures of Hamish, who celebrated his second birthday in December.
He was last weighed at the end of summer 2019 and tipped the scales at 340 kilograms.
