Points and fine for using phone while driving van in Thurso

Using a mobile phone while driving his van cost Cameron Ryder a £200 fine at Wick Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old, of Ormlie Crescent, Thurso, also incurred six penalty points after he pleaded guilty to the offence.

It occurred in Sir Archibald Road, Thurso, on June 9.
